Michael and team installed our tankless hot water heater and provided sage advice on type/size/location, helped us through the rebate process, and did a tidy job. Lovely family-owned business. Smart contractors with excellent service, quick to respond, and reasonable rates.

I recommend ServiStar plumbing, we had a boiler stop working and had the warranty exchange it for a new one. We were worried about costs and labor and the warranty manufacturer recommended us this plumbing company and we were impressed. They sent Tyler out to us and he was very friendly, punctional and knowledgeable, immediately you can tell he knew what he was doing and talking about. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond and put a carbon monoxide tube on top of the boiler that our previous plumber never installed. He did things by the book and we are happy with the outcome it couldn't be better.

Technician Daniel Cohen of ServiStar Plumbing and HVAC performed maintenance on our tankless water heater and restored its performance to like-new condition, providing us with almost instant hot water. He was very courteous, professional, and obviously skilled. I will definitely be calling on ServiStar again.

Scheduler and technician were very nice and professional. Called to fix water heater. They had serviced our unit in the past. Technician came out and said that the positive connector was barely connected and that it was probably bumped or not properly installed. Nothing wrong with the heater itself. Left and said he'd ask the owner if they'd waive the $175 inspection fee since it was probably the prior technician's error, or honest mistake. Got a text a little later asking for payment. I asked if they had spoken to the technician. Said they don't warranty service. Ok. Paid them. Doesn't sit well with me. Only posting a review bc I chose the company based on the all the positive reviews. Moving on...

We had a clogged drain and we called servistar plumbing, and HVAC , the line was damaged, and the snake would not go through. We had to replace the line, Michael and his team did a great job replacing our sewer line from the house to the street approximately 60 feet, they are located in Sherman Oaks pretty close to us, they showed up on time responded quickly to our calls and the price was very reasonable Highly recommended
